The Company was rated on the results of the main key performance indicators (KPIs) established to meet the objectives of its equality policy and gender-equality parameters covering all Group employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assigned to four companies belonging to the Group (<strong>BolognaFiere<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Wydex&nbsp;<\/strong>in Bologna,&nbsp;<strong>Cosmoprof&nbsp;<\/strong>in Milan, and&nbsp;<strong>Henoto&nbsp;<\/strong>in Padua), these certifications testify to the Company\u2019s commitment to promoting and spreading a culture in which the gender gap has no place and where the D&amp;I model is an integral part of its DNA. The BolognaFiere Group is driving sustainable and lasting change sustained by management and HR processes fostering inclusion.
